Mother to a Father of the world/I heard they were hot when they were young...

An in progress work that focuses on many of the themes I have explored in my work so far. Domesticity, identity, nostalgia, jamais vu, toys, fun, absurdist question, and more are all thrown in to a kitchen sink approach to seeing if the baby needs to go with the bathwater. Perhaps most important though in all of it is the idea of cultural recycling and nostalgia as not only regressive but functionally damaging to our ability to perceive time and the present as a hopeful space.
